Abstract
Develop communication competencies relevant for building relationship (especialy with students in classroom) and useful in tense or conflict situations.
Key topics
Training is aimed to improve three pilars of nonviolent communication: Empathic listening, Honest self-expression, Self connection- Elements of communication that block connection- 4 steps of expression: Observation, Feelings, Needs, Request.
Approaches, practices, and methods used in teaching
Workshops (student's activity assumed), experience based learning, activity based learning, discussion and analysis, role play
Method of verifying learning outcomes and course completion requirements
The requirement for credit is activity during lessons and a short essay
