It is a preventive exercise focused on the correct posture.
Without aids - the exercise focused on bodybuilding of slacking muscles and stretching of shortened muscles.
Big balls - the exercise uses the balls. Ballance exercise is gradually integrated. Other sports aids are also integrated, such as overballs, terrabands, dumbbells.
