New ISIC card in case of loss, theft or damage

In case of loss, theft or damage or when there is a requirement to change photo on the card without any other change. Payment of cost of production.

If the identification card is lost or its identification or technological elements are damaged, the person is obliged to ask the relevant workplace to issue a new card. In such cases, the person pays the full price of the new card.

Note: First, you must ask the Study office to deactivate the old card and then order a new card. The shopping centre is exclusively for payment.

    Card collection:

    The ordered and duly paid card can be picked up during the office hours at the Study office of the Faculty of Pharmacy. You can pick up your card only when your payment is processed, it usually takes about 3 business days.

    You can find out if your payment was properly credited in your orders under the ‘My orders’ in the IS Shopping Centre.
