New ISIC card in case of data change

If there is a change in the content of the information on the card (for example if your name changes), the relevant person is obliged to ask the relevant workplace to issue a new card. In such cases, the issue of a new card shall be charged in the same way as the issue of a first edition card of the same type.

Note: First, you must ask the Study Office to deactivate the old card and then order a new card. The shopping centre is exclusively for payment.

    Card collection:

    The ordered and duly paid card can be picked up during the office hours at the Study office of the Faculty of Pharmacy. You can pick up your card only when your payment is processed, it usually takes about 3 business days.

    You can find out if your payment was properly credited in your orders under the ‘My orders’ in the IS Shopping Centre.
