- Course objectives
- The goals of the lecture are to get to students the knowledge from separation methods in biochemistry and molecular biology, which are used for macromolecules purification (proteins, nucleic acids). A content of the first part includes electromigration methods. Second part is oriented onto chromatography methods and third part is dedicated in Field Flow Fractionation, Supercritical Fluid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry.
- Learning outcomes
- The course brings the information about the newest trends in the field of Bioanalytitcal chemistry especially in Genomics, Transcriptomics, Proteomics, Metabolomics and in other omics field. At the end of this course the students should not only theoretically understand but be able practically apply these methods in their scientific research working on bachelor, master and PhD theses and finally during their following employment as well.

- Learning outcomes
- The course brings the information about the newest trends in the field of Bioanalytitcal chemistry especially in Genomics, Transcriptomics, Proteomics, Metabolomics and in other omics field. At the end of this course the students should not only theoretically understand but be able practically apply these methods in their scientific research working on bachelor, master and PhD theses and finally during their following employment as well.

- Course objectives
- The goals of the lecture are to get to students the knowledge from separation methods in biochemistry and molecular biology, which are used for macromolecules purification (proteins, nucleic acids). A content of the first part includes electromigration methods. Second part is oriented onto chromatography methods and third part is dedicated in Field Flow Fractionation, Supercritical Fluid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry.
- Learning outcomes
- The course brings the information about the newest trends in the field of Bioanalytitcal chemistry especially in Genomics, Transcriptomics, Proteomics, Metabolomics and in other omics field. At the end of this course the students should not only theoretically understand but be able practically apply these methods in their scientific research working on bachelor, master and PhD theses and finally during their following employment as well.

- Course objectives
- The goals of the lecture are to get to students the knowledge from separation methods in biochemistry and molecular biology, which are used for macromolecules purification (proteins, nucleic acids). A content of the first part includes electromigration methods. Second part is oriented onto chromatography methods and third part is dedicated in Field Flow Fractionation, Supercritical Fluid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry.
