Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje vizualizaci ionizačních center, také označovaných jako nehomogenity plazmatu či spoky, při magnetronovém naprašování pulzy velkého výkonu. Abstract
This thesis was dedicated to the visualization of the ionization center (spokes) during high power pulse magnetron sputtering. In this thesis the basic principle of several methods of sputtering thin films is described. Spokes were studied using fast camera. Methodology of processing of the images was designed. By this methodology the number and speed of spokes was determined. The influence of the magnetic field on the number and speed of spokes was studied.
