Problémová oblast: Education and training of employees on a continuous basis as part of the Human Resources Management in today’s inforamtion and knowledge society. Delivery of education and training on a global level in a multinational corporation.

Cíl práce: Analysis and evaluation of current ways of delivering education and training in a selected multinational corporation. Proposal, implementation and evaluation of a new cost-efficient and learning-effective concept of the education and training of the employees in the corporation during the times of the economic crisis.

1) Introduction of the selected Multinational Corporation 2) Description and evaluation of current ways of Education and Training in the Corporation 3) Proposal of a new concept of Education and Training of Employees that is feasible and executable in the times of economic crisis. 5) Communication and implementation of the new concept. 6) Evaluation of the implementation of the new concept and suggestions for the future.
