Course objectives
The course focuses on the exercise for correction of wrong posture and for the reduction of health problems appearing when people work on a computer for long periods of time. It also introduces "the school of the back", the use of overballs and gymballs. When students finish the course, they will acquire the correct body posture, will know how to design the working enviroment. They will also have the sufficient resource of exercise reducing health problems appearing because of the sedentary way of work.

cvičení zápočet Zápočet je studentům udělen za docházku, která musí mít určitou kvalitu: - 1x možná absence bez omluvy - 2x institucionální omluvenka - 3x si může student nahradit výuku ve zkouškovém období - student musí mít více než 50% přímou účast ve výuce Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
