Course objectives
The aim of education is to have the basic knowledges from general part of crminal procedure law, to understand of conception, structure, forms, functions and basic principles of criminal procedure and criminal process. Student will take forms of criminal procedure, position of subjects of criminal procedure and basic questions of evidence procedure as the ground of criminal process. Presentations will be accompanied by suitable examples from practice.

Teaching methods
Lectures are made by power point presentation, which serves as support for explanation. Explanation is accompanied by explanation of theoretical aspects with usages of concrete case law and at the same time it is recommended to students to use examples during preparation for examination as reminder of way how to solve legal problem. Presentation is accessible in IS of faculty.
Assessment methods
Education consists from lectures and it is finished by credits. A condition for successful completion of the course is the verification of knowledge by means of a written test, which consists of two parts and the material contained therein relates primarily to the material within the scope of this semester, i.e. criminal procedural law I - general part. The first part consists of questions a, b, c, where there is always only one correct answer and the second part is open questions. The aim is that after completing the course the student will be able not only to theoretical knowledge of the subject, criminal procedure law I - general part, but especially to apply this knowledge to concrete cases/examples. The total number of points is 20 (up to 1 point for each question), with a minimum of 12 points for successful completion.
