• Principles of Basic Strength and Conditioning for Martial Arts & Combat Sports
• General preparation: basic all body training with low intensity and high volume, body exercises, exercises in pairs, circuit training, interval training, TRX
• Specific preparation: training the energy system (lactate training), high intensity interval training, explosive strength training, strength endurance training
• eccentric strength training
• ''smart'' machine training
• Basic kicking techniques – front kick, side kick
• Basic throwing techniques – osoto otoshi, seoi otoshi, seoi nage
• functional movement screening (FMS)
• exercises after most common injuries in Martial Arts & Combat Sports – elbow, shoulder, hamstring
• Injury prevention
• Prevention and strengthening exercises
• Isokinetic testing
• Field Hamstring testing
