Lectures cover classical and the most important fields of interest in computer graphics and current research results. Students should gain the purview of the critical issues and research trends in computer graphics field.

Polygon and Triangular meshes: problems, related tasks, filtering and re-meshing, simplification and approximation
Textures: mapping, filtering, synthesis
3D modelling techniques: global and local deformations, implicit modelling
Space subdivision and searching methods: scene-based approaches, space-based approaches
The topics are explained with both mathematical description as well as its algorithmic counterpart. Students will learn theoretical basis of the above-described concepts, algorithms, and representations.
