Lecture involves the following program: Immune system: 1.Cells and organs of the immunity 2.Immune response: antigens, structure, chemical properties, classification, presentation MHC structure, function, regulation, immunogenetics: genes displacement, polymorphism, genesis of diversity Antibodies: structure, chemical properties, functions, classes of antibodies, isotypes, allotypes, idiotypes 3.Model system of immunity Nonspecific immunity: complement: structure and function, accute phasis reactants, inflammation Phagocytosis: phases, cooperation of the phagocytosis with other components of the immune system 4.The mechanism of the hypersensitivity: 5.Cytokine and immunomodulators: 6.Immunoregulation: 7.Immunology of transplantation 8.Immunity and cancer 9.Immunotoxicology 10.Reactions of the antigens and antibodies
