Abstract

Cílem tohoto článku je popsat v současné době velice aktuální oblast internetu spolu s právními aspekty podnikání na něm. Ať už se podnikatel rozhodne své podnikání přímo postavit na internetu nebo na něj jen chce expandovat jako na doplňkový trh a místo ke své prezentaci, nachází se na něm poměrně rozsáhlé možnosti, které jsou regulovány účinnými právními předpisy.

Abstract (in English)

The aim of this article is to describe the up-to-date area of the internet along with the legal aspects of e-commerce. No matter whether the entrepreneur decides to base his enterprise activities directly on the internet or just wants to expand his activities on the internet as on the complementary market and place for his presentation internet contains very broad area of opportunities that are regulated by currently legally effective acts.
