The author will follow the findings of research of adaptation of ITIL methodology into Smart City Environment. The aim of the thesis will be to study the state of the art in the management of Smart Services, defining the principles of service catalog creation in a business company and its adaptation to the city environment. In the thesis, the author will formulate the basic principles of how to create and maintain the service catalog in the multi contextual environment of the city and suggest its basic design and structure.
