- Abstract
- At several first lessons students are provided with the operating instructions and the basic body building programmes in the gym including stretching. Later on students train individually according to their individual body building programmes consulted with their lecturers.The lessons include the acquisition of body building techniques which enables the students to form their own programmes focused on the development of strenght,speed or endurance. The programme focused on weight reduction or dysbalance improvement can be formed too.Nutritional principles can be discussed.

- Zápočet je studentům udělen za docházku, která musí mít určitou kvalitu: -1x možná absence bez omluvy -2x institucionální omluvenka -3x si může student nahradit výuku ve zkouškovém období student musí mít více než 50% přímou účast na výuce

- Information on completion of the course: zapsat smíte jen 1 sport.+ kurz, nelze vyhovět žádosti o výjimku při překročené kapacitě.
The course is taught each semester.
General note: Česky/English: Pro muže i ženy, zkušenosti nejsou nutné. S sebou: sportovní oblečení, pevná obuv. For men and women, there is not pressumed any experiences. It is necessery to have clothes for sport, confinet shoes.
