Abstract

V rámci soudobého vývoje světového finančního systému je možné se setkat s mnoha různými vývojovými směry, přičemž jedním z nejvýznamnějších je vytváření nových druhů finančních investičních instrumentů. V souvislosti s tím vyvstává otázka, jakými směry se v současné době ubírá vývoj v této oblasti. A protože je zřejmé, že se v poslední době jeví jako zvláště významný vývojový směr syntetizování vlastností jejich jednotlivých druhů, vyvstává zákonitě otázka, jak lze jednotlivé, nově vznikající finanční investiční instrumenty systemizovat z hlediska finanční teorie a jak jsou chápány z právního pohledu

Abstract (in English)

It is possible to meet a lot of different developmental directions in the scope of the present development of the world s financial system. One of the most important directions is a creation of the new kinds of financial investment instruments. In connection with this fact, the question, into which ways the present development in this area traces, results. And because it is clear, that recently the syntetization of financial investment instruments attributes has resulted as very significant developmental direction, it is the question, how to systemize the single, newly created financial investment instruments, from the financial theory point of view, and how they are understood from juridical point of view.
