The first part of the thesis is about to study and describe the theory of IPC (incident, problem, change) management in IT Service Management (comparison of suitable frameworks for different types of organization, selection of a suitable solution for the distributed infrastructure, comparison of the selected solution with the existing examples, and selection of the single solution). For the selected solution propose basic procedures, roles, metrics and procedures in order to control and manage the quality of the process. Prepare a basic Service Level Agreement document for IPC management. Evaluate the possibilities how to increase the effectiveness of the solution, especially from the reduction of the cost point of view. In the second part, compare the layout of teams with focus on IPC management and supporting cloud solutions in different locations. Reason the most optimal solution in terms of operational and financial efficiency and value for the customer. Suggest any optimized solution, changes in metrics or processes, according to the result of comparison. Based on these results, prepare the theoretical loading and operational efficiency of the proposed solution.
