Abstract
The course introduces one of the most popular team games. Students meet basic rules, individual game activities and game combinations via training and playing the controlled game. Students learn the basic principles of the correct recreational sports training and improve their fitness. The main course aim is to recruit students for doing sports as an important part of their lifestyle to compensate the lack of move in their mainly sedentary way of "study" life. The course runs at gyms and spors halls.

cvičení,zápočet Zápočet je studentům udělen za docházku,která musí mít určitou kvalitu: -1x možná absence bez omluvy -2x institucionální omluvenka -3x si může student nahradit výuku ve zkouškovém období -student musí mít více než 50% přímou účast na výuce Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
