- Abstract
- The course p801 is a continue of p976. The course introduces one of the most popular team games. Students extend their rule , individual game activitie and game combination knowledge via training and playing the controlled game. Students deepen the principles of correct recreational sports training and improve their abilities and fitness. Via their active participation students meet the sport more keenly - the recreational sport as an important part of their lifestyle compensating a lack of move in their mainly sedentary way of "study" life. The course runs at gyms and spors halls.

Předmět p 801 je vyučován v hale a tělocvičnách, základním požadavkem na studenty je vhodná obuv nezanechávající stopy na podlaze, dále vhodný cvičební oděv - trenýrky a dvě trika nebo dresy / bílé (světlé) a tmavé/ - Further comments (probably available only in Czech)
