- Course objectives
- BEGINNERS Students can become familiar with preliminary exercises for practise of asanas, basic yoga asanas, besic breathing exercises, some method of relaxation and ways how to concentrate mind on exercises --- IMPROVERS Practise of classical Hathayoga asanas with the accent on breathing exercises Relaxation with visualization, Udjdjayi pramayama
- Syllabus
- BEGINNERS preliminary exercises for yoga positions - SARVA HITA ASANAS, basic yoga positions - ASANAS, practise of some methods of RELAXATION - flash relaxation, relaxation using tenson and relaxation of muscles, relaxation using relaxation influence of exhalation, relaxation with autosuggestion, basic breathing exercises - NADI SODHANA
