Course objectives
a) Step Aerobics Beginners - It is aerobic fitness exercise with music where the pace is enhanced via stepping on the boxes. It developes basic locomotory skills and improves aerobic bloodstream and lung capacity via basic aerobics steps linked into simple choreographies. Floorwork and body building of abdominal, gluteal, back muscles as well as final stretching are put at the end of each lesson. b) Step Aerobics Advanced - It is aerobic fitness exercise with music where the pace is enhanced via stepping on the boxes. It developes locomotory and coordination skills to a higher extent via basic and modified aerobics steps linked into more demanding choreographies.The pace is higher too.It also developes the sense for rhythm. The instructor-gymnast contact is more intensive as well as the personality expression. Floorwork and body building of abdominal, gluteal, back muscles as well as final stretching are put at the end of each lesson.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
cvičení, zápočet Zápočet je studentům udělen za docházku, která musí mít určitou kvalitu: - 1x možná absence bez omluvy - 2x institucionální omluvenka - 3x si může student nahradit výuku ve zkouškovém období - student musí ít více než 50% přímou účast ve výuce

Information on completion of the course: zapsat smíte jen 1 sport. + kurz, nelze vyhovět žádosti o výjimku při překročené kapacitě.
