- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic institutes of the general part of land law and their links to private and public law aspects related to the performance of public administration. At the end of the course student should be able to record and interpret basic sources of land law. Student should further be able to understand and describe the basic institutes of Land Law and apply knowledge in practice.

- Students completing the course will be able to:
- name and interpret the sources of the legal regulation of the general part of land law;
- describe and explain the basic institutes of the general part of land law;
- apply generally acquired knowledge in practice. - Syllabus

- Object, subject, system and sources of land law. Legal regulation method of land-law relationships. Terminology.
- Land classification and registration.

- Land planning and decision-making.
- Specifics of land ownership and its limitation.

- Teaching methods
- Lectures according to syllabus. Work with relevant legislation, literature, case law, and other sources.
- Assessment methods
- Colloquium in the form of a debate on the topics presented. Knowledge of legal regulations and the relationship between the basic legal provisions, including the ability to solve simple case studies, is required. The colloquium will be conducted in a face-to-face format, in case of limitations of face-to-face teaching via MS Teams.
