- Course objectives
- The course is geared to the beginners who want to start jogging as well as to the advanced who want to continue training. The course contains jogging at restful and medium pace. The lessons always start at Canoeing Centre of MU and run in the surrounding areas.

- Zápočet student získá za docházku v uvedené kvalitě: 1x je možno neomluveně chybět 2x absence z důvodu nemoci 3x je možno nahradit zameškanou výuku v průběhu zkouškového období Současně musí student absolvovat více než 50% přímou docházkou v semestrální výuce.
