Prerequisite for the state exam in internal medicine   is   examination of Clinical Examination in Internal Medicine, completing practical tuition blocks 1-6, and successful completion of all tests in 5th   year and completing 7-week practice before of graduation.

Course objectives
The aim of the Rigorous Exam is to examine the student's abilities and knowledge, to design a diagnostic algorithm and to treat patients with internal diseases, to correctly and quickly orient and intervene in acute situations.
Learning outcomes
After completing the rigorous internal medicine exam, the student will be able to properly diagnose patients with internal diseases, propose an adequate diagnostic procedure and rational treatment. He will be able to respond appropriately in acute situations.
Syllabus
  • The Rigorous Commission has at least 3 members The Rigorous Examination consists, on the one hand, of the theoretical part, when a student examines a patient, draws up a diagnosis, proposes a diagnostic procedure, evaluates the results of already performed examinations and suggests rational treatment. In the theoretical part, he draws up a composite question which has three parts, one of which is differential diagnostics

Separate work at individual departments and outpatient departments under the guidance of doctors. Theoretical study.

Practical part of the examination - examination of the patient. The practice is closed by the oral state rigorous examination.
