Parts of the final state examination and its content

The parts of the FSE are the courses Advanced biochemistry, Clinical diagnostics, and Molecular diagnostics focused on a broader theoretical foundation of the student in the areas of analytical biochemistry. Another part is the Master's Thesis in Analytical biochemistry, which focuses on the experimental skills of the students and their ability to process information obtained within the theoretical education.

Compulsory courses

Každý akademický rok studia je nutno absolvovat povinný předmět bez kreditového hodnocení C7777 Zacházení s chemickými látkami zakončený zápočtem. Absolvování předmětu C7777 je nutnou podmínkou pro vstup do všech předmětů, ve kterých dochází k manipulaci s chemickými látkami, tzn. laboratorní cvičení, diplomová práce apod.
