Every year the YEM brings together approximately 25 doctoral students and 15 senior scholars from different European universities. Over two days, participants present and discuss research in Behavioral and Experimental Economics, Labor Economics, and other areas of Applied Empirical Economics. The Faculty of Economics and Administration at Masaryk University is known for its young and active research community. Over the years, the conference has built a strong reputation for its friendly atmosphere and good opportunities to establish academic contacts and exchange experience. Many participants return regularly, also taking the opportunity to explore the vibrant atmosphere of Brno.
