Course objectives (in Czech)

Studenti se seznámí se základy osobní sebeobrany a to tak se specifickými pohybovými dovednostmi, jako i s právními a společenskými normami ovlivňujícími sebeobranu.

Syllabus (in Czech)

• Základní specifické dovednosti: pádová technika, technika úderů a kopů, technika hodů a znehybnění. Základní obrany proti útokům: úchop za zápěstí, obejmutí zepředu, zezadu, ze strany, úder, kop. Kondiční cvičení pro rozvoj pohybových schopností ovlivňující úspěšnost v sebeobranném střetu. Specifické obrany sebeobrany žen.

Assessment methods (in Czech)

cvičení, zápočet Zápočet je studentům udělen za docházku, která musí mít určitou kvalitu: - 1x možná absence bez omluvy - 2x institucionální omluvenka - 3x si může student nahradit výuku ve zkouškovém období - student musí mít více než 50% přímou účast ve výuce

Information on completion of the course: zapsat smíte jen 1 sport. + kurz, nelze vyhovět žádosti o výjimku při překročené kapacitě.
The course can also be completed outside the examination period.
The course is taught each semester.
General note: Sebeobrana pro ženy ale i muže - některá bojová umění Bo-hanbo-jitsu, Allkampf-jitsu.
